Job Description

Electronic Test and Repair Technician

The Company

An international engineering company who specialise in manufacturing instrumentation, test tools and technology.

The Role

In this role you will perform a wide variety of fault diagnosis/repair tasks in order to reduce on hand faulty material and drive systematic process improvements.

The work will include the following:

To test and repair a wide variety of euqipment to relevant industry and quality standards

Assess/sign calibration certificates for defined products.

Fault finding and diagnosis down to component level

Suggest and implement process improvements

Review and implementation of work instructions/procedures

The Candidate

To apply for this role, you must

1. HND/HNC In Electronics/Electrical

2. Experience in the use of test and measurement equipment (DMM, Oscilliscopes etc)

3. Solding electronic component knowledge

4. RF Electronics Understanding/Experience is a significant benefit

5. Fault finding down to component level experience.
