About the Role:
My client is seeking a motivated and skilled Production Leader / Manager to join their team and drive operational excellence in a precision manufacturing environment.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage daily production activities to meet company goals
- Ensure on-time delivery of all customer orders
- Liaise with customers to manage expectations and provide updates
- Maintain the highest quality standards across all operations
Additional Responsibilities & Skills:
- Organise and oversee recurring ISO9001/14001/45001 activities, including machine maintenance and fire safety compliance
- Ensure Health & Safety standards meet current legislation
- Support customer and business development alongside the Senior Management team
- Understand basic financial concepts including mark-ups, margins, gross and net profits
- High level of competency with MS Office
- Familiarity with MRP/ERP systems and willingness to learn company-specific systems
- Strong technical background with awareness of manufacturing and machining techniques
