About the role: This is a great opportunity to join a growing engineering business as a Quality Inspector, playing a key role in ensuring high standards across production. You will be responsible for inspecting components before release, working closely with production teams, and helping maintain a strong quality-driven culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out detailed visual inspections of components and assemblies
- Identify and report non-conformances, supporting continuous improvement
- Perform first-off inspections against Bills of Materials
- Use a variety of inspection tools within a PCB/manufacturing environment
- Work from engineering and manufacturing documentation
- Support compliance with quality standards and procedures
- Maintain high standards of housekeeping and safety
Skills & Experience:
- Experience within manufacturing, ideally electronics or PCB environments
- Familiarity with inspection tools
- Ability to read and interpret technical documentation
- Knowledge of IPC standards (desirable)
- Strong attention to detail and quality mindset
- Team player with good communication skills
