This role will be responsible for growing and managing sales within a defined territory (Norfolk, Suffolk, and Essex), with a focus on both expanding existing business and developing new opportunities. The position involves driving solution- and value-based selling while positioning the company as a trusted solutions provider.
The Role
- Manage and develop accounts, ensuring strong engagement and long-term growth.
- Prospect, qualify, and convert new business opportunities.
- Apply consultative, value-based sales approaches to demonstrate the company’s premium offering.
- Maintain accurate customer records and activity reports via CRM (HubSpot).

The Candidate
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electro-mechanical engineering (or equivalent).
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a technical sales environment.

- Customer-focused, with strong relationship-building skills.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Valid UK driving licence and full right to work in the UK indefinitely.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
