Due to continued growth, they are looking for an experienced CAD/CAM Programmer to join their engineering team. This is a good opportunity for an experienced CAD/CAM Programmer looking to join a growing engineering business where they can take ownership of programming and play an important role in the manufacturing process. The Role Reporting to the Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for creating and developing CNC programmes, supporting the manufacturing process and ensuring jobs are produced accurately, efficiently and to the required standards. Responsibilities: * Creating CNC programmes for a range of CNC machinery * Developing efficient 3, 4 and 5-axis toolpaths * Using CAD/CAM software to programme complex components * Designing and producing your own fixtures and workholding * Identifying tooling requirements and ensuring the correct tooling is available * Taking a right-first-time approach to programming and manufacture * Working with a range of materials including plastics, composites, foams and aluminium * Interpreting engineering drawings and working to tight tolerances * Applying GD
