To manage all internal sales and business development activity, supporting branch growth and delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer enquiries professionally via phone and email.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities, including dormant accounts.
  • Prepare, issue, and follow up on quotations and orders accurately and promptly.
  • Chase quotes, orders, and purchase orders to drive sales conversion.
  • Maintain accurate records within the CRM system, including notes, files, and job documentation.
  • Work closely with Area Sales Managers and follow company sales strategies.
  • Provide general sales administration and support as required by the Branch Manager.

Skills & Experience

  • Proven sales experience with a strong customer-focused approach.
  • Excellent communication and telephone skills.
  • Organised, proactive, and able to work well under pressure.
  • Capable of working independently and as part of a team.
  • MUST HAVE PROVEN HISTORY OF COLD CALLING AS THIS ROLE IS PREDOMINANTLY NEW BUSINESS DRIVEN.

Salary & Benefits
