To manage all internal sales and business development activity, supporting branch growth and delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer enquiries professionally via phone and email.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities, including dormant accounts.
- Prepare, issue, and follow up on quotations and orders accurately and promptly.
- Chase quotes, orders, and purchase orders to drive sales conversion.
- Maintain accurate records within the CRM system, including notes, files, and job documentation.
- Work closely with Area Sales Managers and follow company sales strategies.
- Provide general sales administration and support as required by the Branch Manager.
Skills & Experience
- Proven sales experience with a strong customer-focused approach.
- Excellent communication and telephone skills.
- Organised, proactive, and able to work well under pressure.
- Capable of working independently and as part of a team.
- MUST HAVE PROVEN HISTORY OF COLD CALLING AS THIS ROLE IS PREDOMINANTLY NEW BUSINESS DRIVEN.
