You will join the Engineering team, supporting the Senior Quality Engineer in implementing and maintaining quality policies and standards. The role ensures materials, processes, and finished products consistently meet required quality and customer satisfaction standards. You will be proactive, well organised, and an effective communicator.
Key Responsibilities
- Support shop floor quality activities, including meetings, action planning, and clear communication across departments, customers, and suppliers.
- Manage and support quality complaints and 8D investigations (internal, supplier, customer, and warranty-related).
- Identify root causes of quality issues and implement effective corrective and preventive actions.
- Support resolution of supplier non-conformities in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
- Lead and support continuous improvement activities, including root cause analysis, training, and process improvement initiatives.
Skills, Knowledge & Experience
- Degree in a relevant engineering discipline and/or Chartered Quality Institute membership.
- Minimum 2 yearsβ experience in a Quality Engineering role.
- Solid understanding of ISO 9001:2015.

- Mon to Thurs 07:30 to 16:00 and Fri 07:30 to 12:30
- 37 hours per week
