The Role An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Engineer to support research into product compliance. A key part of this role involves monitoring EU Directives, regulations, the EU Official Journal, and UK Government websites.
This position is ideal for a detail-oriented candidate with an interest in manufacturing, European law, and strong reporting skills.
In the future, this role may include training to become an internal auditor, conducting audits under ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards.
Monitor and analyse EU and UK regulations, directives, and standards for compliance.
- Collaborate with engineering teams and subsidiaries to maintain compliance.
- Respond to technical customer queries regarding compliance-related matters.
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Environmental, Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronic Engineering, or a related field in law or sustainability.
Strong experience in report writing.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Ability to travel occasionally within Europe.
