The Company A leading manufacturer looking for an experienced Quality Manager to join the team. This is a hands-on role responsible for ensuring the quality of parts produced meets all customer expectations. Additionally, it involves maintaining up-to-date knowledge of quality system requirements and ensuring documented practices align with quality management system standards. Lead the Quality Department and team. – Develop, maintain, and oversee the quality management system. – Analyse root causes of internal and external quality concerns. – Effectively communicate and reinforce the organisation’s commitment to quality improvement. – Participate in the development of Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA). – Facilitate and promote the use of appropriate problem-solving techniques for effective root cause analysis and corrective action. – Coordinate with Sales, Purchasing, Engineering, Production, and Packing teams to resolve customer complaints and concerns. – Conduct Measurement System Analysis using suitable tools Bachelor’s degree in Engineering. Experience working within a certified quality management system (e.g. Proven track record of driving continuous quality improvement in a manufacturing environment. Customer quality assurance experience. Experience leading and managing a Quality Department. Knowledge of Measurement Systems Analysis and Statistical Process Control. Technical knowledge of Surface Mount assembly processes. Project management experience. Certified Quality Engineer qualification. Hand soldering inspection knowledge.
