We are seeking a skilled and passionate Sous Chef to support our Head Chef in delivering outstanding dining experiences. This is an exciting opportunity to take a hands-on leadership role in a busy, high-quality kitchen while helping shape menus, mentor the team, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
What You’ll Do
- Assist the Head Chef in running the kitchen efficiently and maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation
- Support menu development and preparation of innovative, scratch-made dishes
- Supervise, train, and motivate junior kitchen staff to create a collaborative, high-performing team
- Maintain strict adherence to food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards
- Monitor stock levels, assist with ordering, and help manage food costs
- Work closely with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction
- Foster creativity, teamwork, and a positive working environment in the kitchen
