Working as part of a talented brigade, you will be responsible for managing your section, ensuring consistency in food preparation and presentation, and contributing to a positive and professional kitchen environment. You should be able to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team while maintaining high standards under pressure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare, cook, and present dishes to a consistently high standard
  • Take ownership of your designated section within the kitchen
  • Ensure food is prepared and served in a timely manner
  • Maintain quality, consistency, and presentation standards
  • Assist with stock rotation and ingredient management
  • Support senior chefs with daily kitchen operations
