This is a brilliant opportunity for an experienced Senior CDP ready to step up into a Sous Chef role within a brand-new opening.
Working closely with the Head Chef and Senior Sous Chef, you'll play a key role in shaping standards, supporting the launch, and helping build a strong, reliable kitchen team from day one. What You'll Be Responsible For:

- Support Service Delivery: Help drive smooth, high-energy service in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
