What You\'ll Be Doing

• Supporting the Head Chef in delivering exceptional, restaurant-quality meals.
• Preparing fresh, seasonal dishes to the highest standards.
• Assisting with menu planning, special dietary requirements and texture-modified meals.
• Leading the kitchen in the Head Chef\'s absence.
• Maintaining exceptional food hygiene, health & safety and kitchen compliance.
• Helping to train and develop junior members of the team.

What We\'re Looking For

• Previous experience as a Sous Chef or an experienced Senior Chef de Partie ready to step up.
• Passion for producing high-quality fresh food.
• Strong organisational and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of food safety and HACCP.
• Care home experience is welcomed but not essential—attitude and quality are what matter most.
