We are seeking a talented Sous Chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will assist the Head Chef in managing kitchen operations, ensuring food quality, and supervising kitchen staff.
Responsibilities:
β Collaborate with the Head Chef in menu planning, food preparation, and recipe creation
β Oversee food production processes to maintain high-quality standards
β Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and sanitation guidelines
β Assist in training kitchen staff on culinary techniques and safety procedures
β Supervise kitchen operations during the Head Chef\βs absence
β Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed

Qualifications:
β Proven experience in a culinary role, preferably in a restaurant setting
