Job Description:
As a Waiter/Waitress at Gran Caffe, you will be the face of our Caffe, responsible for delivering an exceptional dining experience to our guests. Your role is crucial in maintaining the warm, welcoming atmosphere we are known for, and ensuring every customer leaves with a smile.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat customers, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
- Present menus, make recommendations, and answer any questions regarding our dishes and drinks.
- Take accurate food and drink orders, relaying them to the kitchen and bar efficiently.
- Serve food and beverages with a friendly and professional attitude.
- Ensure tables are properly set, clean, and ready for the next guests.
- Handle guest inquiries and concerns promptly and courteously.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure a seamless service.
- Process payments and provide accurate change or receipts.
