We are so proud of our achievements within our community orientated foodie pubs. We have had a very exciting opportunity which has created a position for a Senior Sous Chef/deputy Head Chef at our pub near Conwy Castle.
Senior experience is a must for this role, we are looking for someone with:
- Extensive culinary experience with a strong background in food preparation and cooking techniques.
- Proven leadership skills with experience in supervising and managing kitchen teams.
- In-depth knowledge of food safety practices and regulations.
- Excellent knife skills and effective communication abilities.
- Relevant restaurant experience, including serving and food production expertise.
