THE ROLE
As Chef de Partie , you'll take ownership of your section and play an important part in delivering consistently high-quality food.
Working alongside the Head Chef and Sous Chefs, you'll:
- Prepare and present dishes to a consistently high standard
- Take responsibility for your designated section
- Work across different sections, including grill and larder
- Maintain excellent food safety, hygiene and cleanliness standards
- Support the wider kitchen team during busy services
- Help deliver memorable dining experiences for every guest
- Bring energy, enthusiasm and pride to everything you do
