The Role
This is a Head Chef position for someone who thrives on standards, creativity, and leadership. You’ll take full ownership of a busy, high-quality kitchen, shaping menus, driving consistency, and inspiring a passionate team to deliver exceptional dishes every service. From fresh, seasonal ingredients to beautifully presented plates, you’ll set the tone for everything coming out of the kitchen. You’ll be hands-on, calm under pressure, and relentless about quality—making sure every dish reflects pride and precision. Alongside the food, you’ll oversee the day-to-day running of the kitchen: managing suppliers, controlling costs, reducing waste, and ensuring labour and food targets are consistently met. You’ll build a strong, motivated brigade and create a culture where excellence is the standard, not the exception.
