About the Role
As a Restaurant Manager, you will take ownership of the day to day operation, leading your team to deliver exceptional food, service and guest experiences while driving commercial performance.
- Your Responsibilities
- Leading, motivating and developing your team
- Delivering outstanding customer service
- Managing labour, stock and budgets
- Driving sales and profitability

About You
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager, General Manager or Senior Assistant Manager
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Commercially aware with experience managing KPIs and P&L
- Background within branded restaurants, quick service or fast paced hospitality
- Passionate about delivering outstanding guest experiences
- Organised, hands on and able to lead from the front
