Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately measure, weigh, and mix ingredients
- Prepare pastry doughs, laminations, fillings, creams, and custards
- Uphold high food hygiene and safety standards at all times
- Keep a clean, organised, and efficient workspace
- Monitor stock levels and communicate needs to management
- Collaborate with the team to maintain smooth kitchen operations
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or Baker in a professional kitchen
- Strong knowledge of food safety practices
- Excellent manual skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Positive team player with flexibility for early mornings and weekends
