About the Role

As a Night Nurse, you will take responsibility for leading your shift with confidence, ensuring high standards of clinical care while creating a calm, safe, and supportive environment for both residents and colleagues. You will deliver person‑centred nursing care, supporting residents with a range of needs including dementia and end‑of‑life care, while ensuring all clinical and regulatory standards are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead your night shift with professionalism, positivity, and care
  • Deliver high‑quality, person‑centred nursing care to elderly residents
  • Develop, implement, and review individualised care plans
  • Administer medication and maintain accurate clinical records

About You

  • A Registered Nurse with valid NMC registration

  • Confident in leading a shift and supporting others
  • Experienced in elderly care, including dementia and end‑of‑life care
  • Skilled in person‑centred care planning and documentation
  • A strong communicator with a positive, supportive attitude
  • Committed to ongoing learning and professional development
  • Computer literate (experience with electronic care systems such as PCS desirable)
