The Role

As Restaurant Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the restaurant, ensuring exceptional standards across customer service, team leadership, operational performance, and financial controls.

Key Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership
    • Recruit, onboard, train, and develop team members
    • Lead by example to create a positive and energetic working environment
    • Motivate the team to consistently deliver high standards of service
  • Customer Experience
    • Deliver a welcoming and engaging experience for all guests
    • Manage busy service periods efficiently while maintaining excellent service standards
    • Handle customer feedback professionally and proactively
  • Operational Management
    • Ensure smooth daily operations across front and back of house
    • Monitor service times and maintain operational efficiency
    • Resolve issues quickly and effectively to minimise disruption
  • Financial & Commercial Performance
    • Support sales growth and profitability
    • Monitor labour costs and operational expenditure
    • Maintain strong control over stock and ordering processes
  • Stock & Compliance
    • Manage stock levels, deliveries, and supplier relationships
    • Ensure health & safety and food hygiene standards are maintained at all times
  • Team Development
    • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback
    • Support employee progression and ongoing development within the business

About You

We are looking for candidates who:

  • Have previous restaurant management experience within a fast-paced hospitality environment
  • Are confident leading large teams and managing busy services
  • Possess excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Thrive under pressure and maintain high standards consistently
  • Are commercially aware and operationally strong
