The Role

As Sous Chef, you'll play a key leadership role within the kitchen, working closely with the Head Chef to ensure all food is prepared, cooked, and presented to the highest standard. You'll oversee day-to-day kitchen operations, ensuring each section is organised, fully prepared, and running efficiently. From managing service flow to maintaining consistency and quality, you'll be central to delivering a seamless guest experience.
