What we’re looking for

  • Minimum 2+ years’ experience as a Chef de Partie in a gastro pub, restaurant, hotel, or fresh‑food venue
  • Confident running your own section from prep through to service
  • Strong knowledge of fresh, seasonal ingredients and changing menus
  • Good understanding of stock control, waste management, and kitchen costings
  • Up-to-date knowledge of food hygiene, health & safety, and HACCP
  • Calm, organised, and able to perform under pressure
  • Passionate about food, quality, and developing your career
