This is a floor-led, people-first leadership position at the heart of a bold, fast-paced restaurant with real personality.
We’re looking for a hands-on General Manager who lives and breathes hospitality — someone who can lead from the front, build a high-performing team, and deliver an exceptional guest experience every single service.
The Role
- Lead and organise the front-of-house operation, ensuring consistently outstanding service
- Be a visible, confident presence on the floor, setting standards and leading by example
- Inspire, coach, and develop a diverse FOH team to deliver warm, confident hospitality
- Own the guest journey, including service recovery and feedback
- Drive performance across service, sales, labour, and standards
- Work closely with the Kitchen Manager and senior leadership team to deliver seamless service
- Support recruitment, training, engagement, and progression across the team
- Champion the brand’s values, culture, and energy every day
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a General Manager or Restaurant Manager in a high-volume, quality-led environment
- A strong, floor-led leader who enjoys being hands-on
- Excellent people-management and coaching skills
- Commercial awareness with a focus on results and guest experience
- Calm, confident decision-maker with a positive leadership style
- A genuine passion for food, people, and great hospitality
