You’ll be joining a small, locally respected care provider where residents truly come first. This role is as much about building relationships and spending meaningful time with residents as it is about delivering excellent clinical care. After all, we work in our residents' home — they don’t live in our workplace.
The Role
- Shifts: Days
- Hours: 44 hours - 4 days
- Requirement: Valid NMC registration
What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading your shift with positivity and confidence
- Delivering high-quality, person-centred care with dignity and respect
- Supporting residents to live their best lives
- Creating and following holistic care plans
- Administering medication and maintaining accurate records
- Supporting and collaborating with colleagues in a warm team environment
What We’re Looking For
- You’ll be someone who is warm, friendly, and approachable
- A positive team player with a genuine interest in elderly care
- A confident communicator with strong clinical knowledge
You’ll also have:
- Valid NMC registration
- Experience in elderly care (dementia and/or end-of-life desirable)
- Confidence leading a shift
- A commitment to learning and continuous development
- Basic IT skills (electronic care planning experience is a bonus)
