The Role
You will support the Food & Beverage Manager in the smooth running of all outlets, including restaurant, bar, room service, banqueting, and events—ensuring every guest experience is delivered to the highest standard. This is a hands-on leadership role, where you will be visible on the floor, leading service, inspiring the team, and driving performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the management of all F&B operations across multiple outlets
- Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team
- Deliver consistently excellent service, food quality, and guest satisfaction
