Night Nurse (RGN/RMN) – Care Home Tuesday, Friday & Saturday | 18:45 – 07:00

Key Responsibilities
- Lead your shift with confidence, positivity, and compassion
- Provide high-quality person-centred care tailored to each resident
- Promote dignity, independence, and wellbeing
- Administer medications and maintain accurate records
- Develop and implement care plans
- Continuously learn and evolve to deliver outstanding care

Personal Qualities: Warm, approachable, friendly, and positive
Knowledge & Qualifications: Valid NMC registration; ongoing professional development; strong person-centred care understanding
Skills & Experience:
- Confident in leading night shifts
- Experience in dementia or end-of-life care
- Skilled in building positive relationships
- Familiar with electronic care planning (PCS desirable)
