What You\’ll Bring:

• 1+ year experience as a Barista in an independent coffee shop (you know how to make all the espresso-based drinks, no problem).
• A passion for coffee that\’s second to none.
• The ambition to grow your career in the coffee world – we\’re expanding and so can you!
• Basic latte art skills – we love the pretty pours!
• A keen understanding of dialing-in and espresso extraction – we want those perfect shots!
• A fun and outgoing personality – we\’re all about having a great time while doing great work.
• Excellent customer service skills – making people smile is just what you do.
• The ability to work independently and thrive under pressure – no sweat!
• A love for engaging with customers and getting involved in on-site marketing activities – you\’re not just behind the counter, you\’re part of the vibe!
• Flexibility with hours – early AM starts, PM shifts, and weekends only.
• Good English communication skills and a positive attitude.
• You\’ll need to be a UK Resident with the right to work here.
