The Role
- As Assistant Restaurant General Manager, you'll work closely with the General Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure consistently high standards across service, team performance, and guest experience.
- You'll be a hands-on leader who sets the tone on shift and brings energy, structure, and positivity to the team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead shifts and support all areas of the restaurant operation.
- Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing team training.
- Motivate, coach, and develop team members to perform at their best.
- Manage rotas and support effective labour control.
- Maintain exceptional service standards during busy periods.
- Handle guest feedback and ensure memorable customer experiences.
- Support stock control, deliveries, and operational efficiency.
