DEPUTY MANAGER – HEREFORD Up to £42,000 package Tronc + Bonus
MCG Recruitment are looking for an ambitious Deputy Manager to join a fast-growing, high-energy hospitality business in Hereford.
This is a hands-on management role for someone who loves busy services, great teams and making things happen. Working alongside the General Manager, you'll help drive the operation, lead the team and take charge when the GM is away.
THE ROLE Take responsibility for the operation in the GM's absence
Lead from the front during busy, high-volume services
Recruit, train, coach and develop the team
Manage rotas, labour and day-to-day performance
Deliver consistently high customer service
Handle customer issues confidently and professionally
Support sales, profitability and commercial performance
Oversee stock, deliveries and ordering
Maintain food safety, H&S and company standards
Identify ways to improve the operation and team performance
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
You'll already be an Assistant Manager, Deputy Manager or strong Supervisor ready to step up.

Confident leading a busy hospitality operation
Commercially aware and comfortable with labour control
A natural team leader who enjoys developing people
Organised, resilient and solutions-focused
Hands-on and happy to lead from the front
