We\’re on the lookout for a passionate and creative Head Chef to lead the kitchen at The Fox @ Crouch End, a beloved North London pub known for its seasonal, high-quality British cuisine.
From elevated pub classics to weekend brunch and hearty Sunday roasts, we take pride in sourcing the best local produce and delivering dishes that keep our community coming back.
The Role
As Head Chef, you will:

• Lead and inspire a talented kitchen team.
• Create and execute seasonal menus using fresh, high-quality British ingredients.
• Maintain exceptional food and hygiene standards while running an efficient kitchen.
• Manage stock, GP, and kitchen profitability without compromising on quality.
• Foster a positive and collaborative kitchen culture.
