What You’ll Do

  • Lead, inspire, and mentor a large, talented kitchen brigade
  • Oversee all kitchen operations, ensuring exceptional food quality and service
  • Create and execute innovative, seasonal menus spanning 200+ dishes
  • Manage budgets, stock, and kitchen resources efficiently
  • Ensure full compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health regulations
  • Drive efficiency and profitability while maintaining creativity and culinary excellence

  • Proven leadership of large, high-volume kitchen teams
  • Professional culinary qualifications and experience with multi-cultural cuisine
  • Skilled in high-volume cooking, banqueting, and cruise ship or large event operations
