This is a floor-led, people-first leadership position at the heart of a bold, fast-paced restaurant with real personality. We’re looking for a hands-on General Manager who lives and breathes hospitality — someone who can lead from the front, build a high-performing team, and deliver an exceptional guest experience every single service.

The Role

  • Lead and organise the front-of-house operation, ensuring consistently outstanding service
  • Be a visible, confident presence on the floor, setting standards and leading by example
  • Inspire, coach, and develop a diverse FOH team to deliver warm, confident hospitality
  • Own the guest journey, including service recovery and feedback
  • Drive performance across service, sales, labour, and standards
  • Work closely with the Kitchen Manager and senior leadership team to deliver seamless service
  • Support recruitment, training, engagement, and progression across the team
  • Champion the brand’s values, culture, and energy every day

  • Proven experience as a General Manager or Restaurant Manager in a high-volume, quality-led environment
