This is a pivotal role for an established hospitality professional who can inspire their team, uphold exceptional standards, and deliver an unforgettable experience for every guest.
As General Manager, you will take full ownership of the business — driving sales, managing performance, and ensuring consistent delivery of our brand standards. You will lead by example, creating a positive and engaging culture where your team can thrive, and our guests enjoy truly memorable moments.
Key Responsibilities
- Champion a positive workplace culture, leading, motivating and developing your team.
- Maintain high operational standards across food, beverage and service delivery.
- Oversee all aspects of the business, including sales, costs, and full P&L responsibility.
