The Role As
Assistant Restaurant General Manager,
you'll work closely with the General Manager to oversee the day-to-day running of the restaurant, ensuring exceptional standards across service, team performance, and guest experience.
You'll be responsible for: Leading shifts and supporting all areas of the operation Assisting with recruitment, onboarding, and team training Motivating and developing team members to perform at their best Managing rotas and supporting labour control Maintaining high service standards during busy periods Handling guest feedback and ensuring memorable experiences Supporting stock control, deliveries, and operational efficiency Stepping into the GM role when required and leading with confidence This role suits someone who enjoys being hands-on, stays calm under pressure, and knows how to bring energy and positivity to a team.
