The Role:

  • Deputise for the Head Chef: Run the kitchen confidently in their absence, maintaining full control of service and standards.
  • Lead the Kitchen Team: Support, mentor, and motivate chefs across all sections.
  • Drive Food Quality: Ensure every dish is delivered consistently and meets brand expectations.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee prep, service flow, and kitchen organisation during busy periods.
  • Health & Safety Leadership: Maintain strict compliance with hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards.
