MCG Recruitment are delighted to be supporting a rapidly growing casual dining restaurant group in the search for a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead a high-volume, fast-paced site. This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on leader who thrives in energetic environments, loves developing teams, and is passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences.

The Role

As General Manager, you'll take full ownership of the restaurant operation, leading from the front to ensure outstanding service, strong performance, and a positive team culture. You'll be responsible for driving standards, managing operations, and ensuring every guest receives a consistent, high-quality dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, motivate, and develop a large, fast-paced front and back-of-house team
  • Drive exceptional guest experience and service standards
  • Oversee daily operations including rotas, labour, and performance management
  • Maintain strict food safety, health & safety, and compliance standards
  • Manage stock control, ordering, and supplier relationships
  • Handle customer feedback and resolve issues effectively
  • Deliver against commercial targets, including sales and profitability
  • Develop and inspire a strong, engaged team culture

About You

  • Previous experience as a General Manager or senior restaurant leader
