We’re working with a highly regarded, food-led pub located in the heart of Llandudno. We’re now looking for a Deputy Head Chef to support the Head Chef in leading a busy, well-run kitchen. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious chef who wants to step into a stable, respected operation with room to grow.
What You’ll Do:- Support the Head Chef in the day-to-day running of a busy kitchen
- Help develop and deliver a seasonal, quality-driven menu
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the kitchen team
- Maintain excellent standards of food quality, hygiene, and presentation
- Assist with stock control, ordering, and kitchen cost management
- Proven experience in a professional kitchen, ideally at senior CDP or junior management level
- Strong culinary skills with attention to detail and consistency
