We’re looking for a Deputy General Manager to work alongside the General Manager and help deliver exceptional, seamless guest experiences. This is a senior, hands-on role for someone with a strong food & beverage background, a natural hosting instinct, and a passion for leading confident, motivated teams.
The Role
As Deputy General Manager, you will be central to ensuring the hotel runs seamlessly behind the scenes while shining on the floor. You will help set the tone for the guest experience and support your teams in delivering intuitive, calm, and personal luxury service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the General Manager in the day-to-day running of the hotel
- Help shape a service culture that is relaxed, warm, and effortless
- Lead Food & Beverage operations, focusing on flow, atmosphere, and guest connection
