MCG Recruitment is delighted to be partnering with a well-established holiday hotel in Somerset to recruit a talented Chef de Partie to join its passionate kitchen brigade.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Chef de Partie or an ambitious Demi Chef de Partie looking to step up and continue developing their skills in a quality fresh food environment. Working across both the restaurant and events, you'll gain exposure to a variety of services while building your experience alongside an experienced and supportive team.

The Role

As Chef de Partie, you'll take ownership of your section, ensuring everything is prepared, organised and ready for service.

Your responsibilities will include

  • Preparing fresh ingredients and completing mise en place.
  • Running your own section during service.
  • Delivering consistently high standards of food quality and presentation.
  • Working across restaurant and event services.
  • Maintaining excellent food hygiene and kitchen cleanliness.
  • Supporting the wider kitchen team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

About You

  • Experience as a Chef de Partie or a strong Demi Chef de Partie ready to progress.
  • A background in quality fresh food kitchens, ideally with Rosette experience.
  • A passion for fresh ingredients and excellent presentation.
  • Great attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
  • The ability to remain calm and focused during busy service.
  • A positive attitude and a genuine desire to continue learning and developing.
