We're on the lookout for a reliable, passionate Chef de Partie to join the team at our busy gastropub. If you love fresh food, local ingredients, and the buzz of a fast-paced kitchen, this is your chance to shine. As CDP, you'll work closely with our Head Chef and wider kitchen brigade, running your section with precision and care to help deliver an outstanding dining experience.

What We're Looking For:

  • At least 2 years' experience as a Chef de Partie in a quality kitchen (gastropub or similar preferred)
  • A passion for fresh, seasonal food and using local produce
  • A strong sense of organisation, consistency, and attention to detail
  • Comfortable working a busy section and delivering dishes to spec, every time
  • Fully trained in food safety and hygiene, including allergen handling
  • A team player who brings energy and positivity to every shift
  • Someone who cares about sustainability, compliance, and doing things right
  • Ideally based in or near the Wirral, and reliable for day, evening, and weekend shifts
