We are actively seeking a Chef de Partie to join our kitchen brigade, creating exceptional dishes in our family-owned restaurant. You will work closely with the Head Chef, Sous Chef, and Prep Chef to ensure the highest standards in food preparation and service.
Main Responsibilities
- Assist the brigade in the smooth, safe, and efficient running of kitchen operations
- Help develop creative menus and support high-quality service
- Provide feedback from colleagues and guests to the Sous Chef
- Support daily ordering while managing stock, menu planning, and business levels
- Ensure the kitchen meets company standards for cleanliness, stock control, and work prioritization
