This is a brand-new Cardiff City Centre opening for a fast-growing, seriously exciting restaurant brand where great food, great people and a brilliant atmosphere come together.
We're looking for a Restaurant Manager with energy, personality and serious hospitality fire to help make this opening a success from day one.
This is not a sit-behind-the-desk management job.
You'll be on the floor, leading the team, driving the service and creating the atmosphere that keeps guests coming back.

Lead from the front - recruit, coach and develop your team

WE WANT A PROPER HOSPITALITY LEADER
You might be an experienced Restaurant Manager, Assistant Manager or strong Deputy Manager ready to step up.
What matters is that you've got:
Energy. Leadership. Commercial instinct. Personality.
You know how to take control of a busy service without killing the atmosphere.
You can motivate a team, handle pressure, solve problems and still make guests feel like they're having a brilliant night.
