This is a brand-new Cardiff City Centre opening for a seriously exciting, fast-growing restaurant and bar concept.
We're looking for a Head Chef who can take ownership of the kitchen, build a brilliant team and set the standard from day one.
This isn't about sitting in the office.
It's about leading from the front, delivering great food and creating a kitchen that can handle serious volume without losing quality.
THIS IS YOUR KITCHEN
You'll be at the heart of the opening.
Own the kitchen operation - standards, service, people and performance
Build your team - recruit, train, coach and develop your chefs
Lead from the front - stay hands-on through busy services
Drive food quality - consistency, presentation and great execution
Own the numbers - GP, labour, stock, wastage and costs
Run slick services - organised, controlled and calm under pressure
Manage prep and kitchen organisation to keep the operation flying
Maintain food safety and hygiene standards
Work closely with the wider management team to make the opening a success
Help shape the kitchen culture from day one

WE WANT A PROPER KITCHEN LEADER
You'll have proven experience as a Head Chef, Senior Sous Chef or strong Sous Chef ready to take the next step.
You'll bring:
Leadership. Energy. Organisation. Commercial instinct. Personality.
You know how to build a team, control a kitchen and deliver consistently excellent food in a busy environment.
You're hands-on, commercially aware and confident enough to take charge when the pressure hits.
