This is a brand-new Cardiff City Centre opening for a seriously exciting, fast-growing restaurant and bar concept.
We're looking for a Bar Manager who can bring the energy, lead from the front and make the bar a destination in its own right.
This isn't just about pouring drinks.
It's about owning the bar, building the team and creating the kind of atmosphere guests want to come back for.
THIS IS YOUR BAR
You'll be right at the heart of the action.
Own the bar operation - standards, service, pace and performance
Lead from the front - recruit, train, coach and motivate your team
Drive the drinks offering - classics, signatures and consistently great serves
Create the atmosphere - energetic, welcoming and guest-focused
Own stock & GP - keep control of costs, wastage and margins
Manage suppliers and maintain strong product standards
Run outstanding services - calm, organised and in control
Maintain compliance across safety, hygiene and licensing standards
Handle the pressure - solve problems quickly and keep the energy high
When the bar is flying, you're not hiding in the office.

WE WANT A PROPER BAR LEADER
You'll have proven experience leading a busy bar operation and know what it takes to deliver exceptional service when the pressure is on.
You'll bring:

You're hands-on, organised and confident enough to take control without taking the fun out of the room.
