This is a brand-new opening in Cardiff City Centre for a seriously ambitious, fast-growing hospitality brand that is shaking up the market and already has its sights firmly set on further expansion.
And now they need a dynamic General Manager to take the reins.
This isn't a maintenance role. You'll be opening, building and leading a brand from the ground up.
You'll have genuine ownership of the operation, a brilliant team to build around you and the opportunity to play a major part in a business with serious growth plans.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
Take full ownership of the P&L and commercial performance
Drive LFL sales growth , revenue and profitability
Own stock, GP, labour and cost controls
Recruit, coach and develop a high-performing team
Lead from the front through busy, high-energy services
Create an exceptional full table-service guest experience
Build a strong people-first culture from opening day
Set standards, drive accountability and keep the operation moving forward
Work closely with senior leadership as the brand continues to grow
WE'RE LOOKING FOR A GM WHO...
Has 2+ years' experience as a General Manager
Understands the numbers and knows how to drive a profitable operation
Has a strong track record of LFL sales growth
Is commercially sharp with excellent stock and labour control
Loves developing people and building great teams
Is hands-on, visible and leads from the front
Thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
Understands that exceptional hospitality starts with the people delivering it
