The Role
As Bar Manager, you’ll take full ownership of the bar operation, leading a passionate team and setting the tone for service, speed, and quality. You’ll be responsible for ensuring the bar runs smoothly during busy service, maintaining standards, and delivering a consistently excellent guest experience. You’ll also play a key role in developing your team—training, coaching, and motivating bartenders to deliver confident, knowledgeable, and engaging service. Alongside service, you’ll manage the commercial side of the bar, including stock control, ordering, GP performance, and waste management, ensuring the bar operates efficiently and profitably.
