Hours: 40-hour week, mainly day shifts

The Role:
We are looking for a driven Area Manager to oversee around 20 education and B&I sites, ensuring exceptional food and service delivery. You\’ll lead catering teams, manage budgets, and build strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and support catering teams to achieve excellence
Ensure food quality, safety, and compliance standards
Manage budgets and business performance targets
Build positive relationships with clients and stakeholders
Support the mobilisation of new contracts and TUPE processes
Requirements:
Education/B&I catering experience is a must
Strong leadership and operational management skills
Financial understanding for cost control and reporting
Ability to drive performance and client satisfaction
A full UK driving licence (travel required)
