We are seeking an experienced, passionate Head Chef to lead our kitchen in an exciting new restaurant that is quickly becoming a destination venue. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will take full ownership of kitchen operations, build and develop a strong team, and deliver high-quality food with consistency, creativity, and care.
You will be responsible for menu development with a strong focus on seasonality, events, and key calendar dates, while maintaining tight control of food costs, margins, and waste. Working closely with the front-of-house and management teams, you will ensure seamless service and an outstanding guest experience every time.
